Summer Sundays for Children

Worship – 8:30 am or 11:00 am
Children are welcome in worship and encouraged to fully participate.  To the right of our sanctuary doors, children will find shelves with worship notebooks that have been prepared by volunteers.  Blue notebooks are for ages 3-6 and green notebooks are for ages 7-12.  Each Sunday, children are invited to sit near the steps in the chancel area to hear a special story just for them.  Following the Children’s Moment, they are invited to remain in worship or those 5 and under may go to the nursery.

Summer Sunday School – A Fun Change of Pace!
9:45 – 10:45 am

Join us, June 3-September 2, as we explore what it means to be trusting, loyal, and faithful through Old Testament heroes, Jesus’ parables, modern day stories, and movies! Each week children will gather with adult and youth rotation assistants for an opening activity. Assistants will lead them to theme related story, game, and craft centers.

• Preschool – Ages 3-5 (have not attended K):   Room 134
• Early Elementary – K-2nd Grade:    Room 131
• Older Elementary – 3rd – 5th Grade:   Room 118

Nursery
Paid Nursery Coordinators oversee three nurseries staffed by paid workers and volunteers during worship:

• Infant Nursery      Room 133
• Toddler/Two’s       Room 136
• Age 3-5 Nursery   Room 134

Nursery care for infants is available from 9:45 – 11:00 am. All other ages are invited to participate in Sunday School during that time. All children participating in our pgorams need to have a Children’s Ministry Participation Form on file.  Download it, fill it out, and join us!
