2008/2009 Tuition
Tuition is due by the 10th of the month for the following month
and is determined by the number of days a child attends class weekly. Tuition for
September 2008 is due August 11, 2008. The monthly 2008/2009 tuition fees are as
follows:
2 days - $155
3 days - $210
5 days - $260
Transition - $300
May 2009 tuition is due May 10, 2008. If the child is withdrawn from the program
before March 1, 2009 for any reason and 30 days notice has been given, May 2009
tuition will be refunded if the child's space is filled within the 30 days.
Lunch Bunch
Lunch Bunch is offered for 2, 3, & 4 year olds on Tuesdays and Wednesdays for
an additional hour (from 12:30 to 1:30 pm). This is an optional service with an added
monthly charge which is included with the monthly tuition. The monthly charges are
$15 for 1 day of lunch bunch per week or $30 for two days of lunch bunch (5 day 4's
classes only). Please note that the Lunch Bunch rate fee does not apply to the
Transition Class.
Registration dates for 2009-2010 School Year
Dates will be posted soon.
Registration Fee
A registration fee is required when the registration application is submitted. If
the child is accepted into the program, parents will be notified. If space is not
available, the registration fee is refundable through the Preschool office, and
the child will be placed on our waiting list. The registration fee is determined
by the number of days a child attends preschool per week. The 2008/2009 registration
fees are as follows:
2 days - $155
3 days - $210
5 days - $260
Transition - $300
80% of the registration fee is refundable only if the child's family moves out of
Wake or surrounding counties before August 15, 2008. Proof of relocation address
must be provided to the preschool prior to the refund of the registration fees.
There will be no refund of registration fees for withdrawals after August 15, 2008
or for children who remain in Wake or surrounding counties. The registration
fee covers children's supplies, major equipment, classroom upkeep, and playground
improvements/maintenance.
Totebags
Every child is required to bring a Soapstone Preschool totebag to school daily.
The cost for the totebag is $6.00 and is to be added to the registration fee. Totebags
are distributed before Preschool begins. Returning children are welcome to use their
bag from the previous year or purchase a replacement.
Medical Records
The child’s immunization records are due at
the time of registration for children new to the program. Completed medical forms
signed by a licensed physician are due by August 11, 2008.
